Returns and Refunds
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel orders. Custom-sized beds are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are subject to a restocking fee if items are returned due to customer error.
