Here at Furniture Masters, we offer a two-man delivery service, this service does come at a chargeable fee of ÂŁ79, however, this is a non-profitable charge and is applied to all orders.
We offer delivery to the majority of the mainland UK, however, there are some postcode areas excluded.
As with any logistics company, there is always a capacity to which it can be stretched to ensure the operational integrity is not compromised therefore; we would like to assure you that we will be putting in all the available resources to deliver all orders in a timely yet manageable manner. For all items at the moment, we are running at an approximate delivery time of 7-10 working days except sofa from the date purchased.
Sofas & Chairs have an 6-8 weeks delivery time from the date of purchase.
Prior to delivery, you will receive a notification from the team to organize a delivery date via SMS or telephone. You will then receive contact prior to delivery also to keep you informed of an approximate window of time. Our experienced team will fully assemble any item in the room of choice free of charge on the day itself, also removing any packaging ensuring a hassle-free delivery.
Assembly of the bed is a non-chargeable complimentary service however if you, the customer, refuse this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note. Furniture Masters cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left. You are requested to inspect all items on the day of delivery thoroughly to ensure there are no issues. In the event of an issue, you will be required to note this on the delivery form. Any problems do need to be reported within 48 hours via the fix-it form linked below, as beyond this point Furniture Masters will not be liable for any damages.Â
Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however we will always keep you informed and where necessary re-book accordingly. If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery there may be a charge of ÂŁ79 to cover the cost.
Footstools, ottoman boxes & Fabric samples
The delivery fee for our smaller items such as footstools and ottoman boxes has the same charge of ÂŁ79, the team will still fully assemble the items upon delivery in the room of your choice. If purchased with a bed there will be no extra fee.
All fabric samples do take an approximate lead time of 7-10 working days.
